Hi All

Our Philly flyer and permission slip with payment is due at this Thursdays meeting. Please make sure that you have your permission slip in on time as we do not want to have to turn any Scouts away from this trip.

If your son is planning on attending 2014 Summer Camp at Forestburg Scout Reservation with Troop 122 July 27th - Aug 2nd, you must write me directly and let me know at bigbearstroop122@aol.com  AND I must have a $100 deposit no later than the March 27th Troop meeting. The total cost of summer camp is $360 if 2 deadlines are made - the $100 scout deposit AND Final payment by May 29th Troop meeting. Failure to make BOTH deadlines and you will lose the $15 early bird discount and cost will be $375. If payment is made after June13th the cost of camp goes up to $405.
