Tee Shirt orders for Summer Camp

It is recommended that scouts order at least 2 to 3 tee shirts for summer camp. using the order form attached.  Please write in the # of shirts/hats/neckerchiefs/hoodies in the appropriate location and return with check made payable to:

BSA Troop 122 

The form and money should be in no later than 9 June and can be either 
  • handed in at Troop meeting
  • dropped off in Mr. Ramirez’s mailbox @ 557 Mackey Ave Belford
Medical Forms Due

Dear Parents

Medical forms are due 2 Jun, this Thursday

Just a few reminders:
  • Please make sure you and your scout sign part A
  • You may fill in Jesse Ramirez as the leader who may transport your scout
  • We are Troop 122.  Monmouth Council. Unit leader Jesse Ramirez 732 962 0820
  • Fill in the name of your insurance plan and be sure to include a copy of the front and back of your insurance card
  • Immunization or a copy of immunization  must be included

Finally if your scouts well visit is scheduled for after June 2 please attach a note to parts A and B and send in part C after the doctor visit

Help Needed at the VFW

Stacey Stefansky has her gift auction for the NJ Blindsmen  Assoc and is looking for runners for the baskets.  I think I already have 4 or 5 scouts but she's looking for 8 or 10.  The troop that normally volunteers has another activity scheduled

We will meet at the VFW on Friday at 7pm,  Pleae let me know if you can help out
