Troop Car Wash this Saturday

There is a troop car wash scheduled for this Saturday at 9am till noon beside the Applebee's on Route 35.  Attendance at the car wash is mandatory for all scouts.  Additionally, each scout must sell his five $5 tickets and turn in the money to Mr. Mandel that day.

Lastly, each scout should bring a several old towels to dry the vehicles we wash.

Evan Crowell's Eagle Project

Scouts and Families,
My Eagle project will be at Mater Dei Prep near the track and football field.  The project is to tear down that big blue ticket booth and then to spread gravel where it used to be. It's going to be pretty hard work so make sure that you bring lots of water, food will be provided in the form of pizza (my little bribe to get more workers).

The project will be on the 24th and 25th of May.  We will be starting work on the 24th at 11am and the 25th at 10am.   We should be done by about 5:30pm each day - depending on how much work gets done.   I'm sorry, I know it's Memorial Day weekend, but that was the only weekend the school would let me do it.

Lastly I would really appreciate it if people could any shovels, work gloves, sledge hammers, crowbars, or hardhats.

Thanks for your continued support!

OA Pow Wow

The OA Pow Wow at Forestburg is May 30-June 1 - Troop 122 will be camping that weekend also.  If scouts who were elected in Troop 122 will be going and need a ride, I will be going up and can provide a ride for you.  I can give scouts a ride as long as there is another adult or 2 boys.   Pat Twomey did his ordeal last weekend at Quail Hill.
