Medical forms

Dear Parents

This is a reminder that if your scout is attending summer camp medical forms were due May 21.  Scouts CANNOT attend summer camp if medical forms are not submitted.  This is a regulation of the camp and Boy Scouts.  As I stated previously, if due to insurance regulations your scout's well visit could not be scheduled till after medical forms were due,  this is not a problem.  Simply submit parts A and B with a note about the physical.

Thank you for your cooperation

Sincerely,

Maria Gruspier
Medical Records coordinator

Drivers needed for Cowtown Rodeo

Good morning.

With time being of the essence I wanted to keep you all apprised of our current status as it relates to volunteer drivers. I did get a few more responses, again all negatives. To be clear, most of the respondents had indicated they had conflicting plans, it's not that they did not want to help.

However, that said, there are very few that have not responded. The concern is, if I'm unable to secure drivers, we will have to make the unprecedented move of having to leave scouts behind - something which I'm hoping we can avoid in the 11th hour. Stating the obvious, parents that are driving, their scouts will not be impacted. Internally, I will be discussing with the leadership to try to make a fair determination as to how we will select those that go vs. those that stay.

Please let me know if anyone has any questions. Attached please see the updated screen shot of the spreadsheet -- we remain 1 large SUV (7 passenger) or 2 cars short presently. We are in good shape to get the attendees to the rodeo and back home, we just need the assistance with the drive to.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,

Bob Glantzberg
