Patrol Boxes

Patrol leaders and troop guides,

You all must hold a patrol meeting to clean out your boxes, take inventory, and prepare them to be put in the container.

At your patrol meeting:

  • take all the stuff out of the boxes and hose out the insides and outsides because they have not been cleaned in years. Next take inventory of all your supplies using the sheet on the website.
  • make a list of anything that is missing or broken. If you are missing simple stuff like soap or paper towels, buy it yourself and get reimbursed through your patrol.
  • organize the box throw out any old food or cans. Also make sure your cooler is clean.

I have not decided when we are going to collect boxes, but it will be soon.

Conor Finn's Eagle Project

Hi Troop 122,

As my scouting experience draws to an end I will be completing my Eagle Scout Project. My project will be on Sat. June 20th, 9am at the Poricy Park Fossil Beds on Middletown-Lincroft Road (map) - just before Thompson Middle School.

On the day of my project we will be installing 4 new benches, a new section of fencing, and a gravel pathway. If you have a few hours to spare i could use all of the man power I can get. Scouts of all ages are needed. Please come with a pair of work gloves, shovel, or post hole digger if able.

Rain date- Sunday June 21st 9am

Thank you for your help,

Conor Finn
